The rationality for formation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary is as follows:
The Company’s main line of business is manufacturing and selling of black teas. The market value of certain share has appreciated many times and therefore it’s prudent that a wholly owned subsidiary be formed for better monitoring and supervision of the said share.
The name - Winnow Investments and Securities Private Limited has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. |
