BLB Ltd has now informed BSE that regarding recommendation of the Final Dividend of 10 Paisa per equity share having face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2011-2012, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Dividend, if declared, will be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on and after October 03, 2012 but before October 28, 2012. |
