| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sahara Housingfina Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2011 inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2011 and the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri Om Prakash Srivastava and Shri Joy Broto Roy, as directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi & Co., Chartered Accountant, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Shri Seemanto Roy as director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
