| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/05/2016 16:12:58 | With reference to the earlier latter dated May 11, 2016 regarding Board Meeting on May 26, 2016, Rollatainers Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is postponed due to delay in finalization of audited financial results and has been re-scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 at 03:00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.
Consequently, the trading window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall continue to remain close till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company i.e. close of trading hours of June 01, 2016. |
