| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from NHPC Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on November 3, 2014 titled "NHPC to Build India's Biggest Hydro Plant."
NHPC Ltd replied "this is to clarify that as per the information received from the concerned quarters, Dibang Multipurpose Project shall be developed by NHPC on Ownership basis as per Memorandum of Agreement executed between Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh and NHPC Limited entered in the year 2007. There is no change in the Ownership for development of this project. Further, there is no proposal till now to develop this project in Joint Venture mode with any other PSU." |
