| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cambridge Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2011 has appointed Mr. Vinod Goel, Vice President - Finance as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 16, 2011. Further, Mr. Darren Fisher who was Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company earlier would now continue as Executive Director of the Company.
