| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/10/2015 15:40:51 | Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 06, 2015, to consider and take on record the Reviewed Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the 2nd quarter / half-year ended on September 30, 2015(Q2).
Further, as per Code of Conduct and Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading & Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from October 21, 2015 to November 07, 2015 (both dates inclusive) for Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank. |
