| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/02/2017 12:41:31 | RR Financial Consultants Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 14, 2017, to consider and adopt the unaudited Financial Results (with limited review report) for the Third quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to code of conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from February 07, 2017 till 48 hours after the declaration of third quarter ended unaudited financial results by the company to the Stock exchange.
It means that the designated persons of the company shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period. |
