| Exchange Received Time 10/08/2017 14:59:45 Exchange Disseminated Time 10/08/2017 14:59:53 Time Taken 00:00:08 | In continuation to our letter dated 29.07.2017, intimating that a meeting of the Board of Directors of PNC Infratech Limited will be held on Friday, the 11th day of August, 2017 at the Corporate office of the Company at 3/22-D, Civil Lines, Agra-Delhi Bypass Road, Agra, inter-alia to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017, we would like to clarify that the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 shall be Standalone only pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 as the Company has opted not to submit the Consolidated Financial Results for the first three quarters i.e., quarter ended on June 30, 2017, quarter ending on September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2017. The Company will submit and publish the Consolidated Financial Results (CFS) for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2018. Accordingly, CFS for the quarters will not be published by the Company.
Also, kindly note that due to some clerical error, it has been mentioned in the Financial Express and Jansatta news papers dated 30.07.2017, that the Company shall publish both Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 where as it should be only Standalone Financial Results.
