Crawford Bayley & Co., Advocates of the Company intimated the Company on October 06, 2016 that a winding up petition has been filed against the Company before Hon’ble High Court of Bombay by a party.
The alleged claims in the said winding up petition have already been denied and/or disputed by the Company in previous occasions and the Company is having counter claims against the Petitioner to the said winding up petition.
The Company shall contest the petition before Hon’ble High Court. |
