1. Authorize Mr. Simarjit Singh Bawa (Whole-Time director) to make certifications in respect of various Statutory E-Forms for filings to Ministry of Corporate Affairs for various Compliances and approvals.
2. Take note of the disclosure of interest pursuant to section 184 of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. Takes on record a deep appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Mr. Surat Singh Bajwa, Director of the Company on account of his sudden death. |
