| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2012 inter alia, have approved the following :
1. Re-appointment and payment of remuneration of Dr. B. Panda as Executive Chairman, Mr. Baijayant Panda as Vice Chairman, Mr. Subhrakant Panda as Managing Director and Mr. J. K. Misra as Director(Corporate) For a further period of three years effective from October 28, 2012 subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot process.
2. Appointment and payment of remuneration of Mr. C. R. Ray as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of three years effective from the date of approval from Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt of India subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot process.
3. Fixation of payment of commission or Independent Directors for a period of three years effective from April 01, 2012 subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot process. |
