| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/07/2016 17:58:24 | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1); and
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1).
Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and “Asian Paints Limited -Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders” (hereinafter referred to as the “Code of Conduct”), the trading window has been closed from June 20, 2016 and shall remain closed upto July 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
The same is being informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
- Investors Call:
The Company will hold Investors call on July 27, 2016. During such call, the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Details of the said call will be published on the Company’s website (www.asianpaints.com) in due course. |
