| Exchange Disseminated Time | Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Appointed Mr. Vasdev Aggarwal as Managing Director of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, in place of Mr. Shammi Gupta who had resigned.
2. To accept the resignation of Mr. Shammi Gupta Managing Director of the Company and to appoint Mr. Sushil Mittal as Additional Director of Company. |
