- Appointment of Mr. Stephen Ho Kiam Kong as Additional Director of the Company, with effect from August 22, 2016, to hold the office of Additional Director upto the date of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”);
- Appointment of Mr. Bhupatrai Mansukhlal Premji and Mr. Dorab Erach Mistry as additional directors designated as Independent Directors of the Company with effect from August 22, 2016, to hold the office of Additional Directors upto the date of AGM.
