| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/12/2015 09:02:19 | Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 04, 2015, accorded in-principle approval for exploring consolidation options with Zee Learn limited.
Further, the Board has constituted and authorized a committee to finalise the proposed consolidation and take all necessary steps including appointment of necessary consultants.
The Company will keep the stock exchange informed as and when the consolidation options are finalized.
- The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rishi Navani with effect from December 03, 2015 and the Board wishes to place on record his contribution & support to the Company. |
