| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sicagen India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 29, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Directors' Report and Auditors' Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. R Narayanasamy, as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s.CNGSN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the current financial year to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting the Company, on remuneration terms & conditions.
4. Mr.S.Arumugam, as Whole Time Director of the Company with the designation of Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on January 03, 2008, re-designated as "Managing Director" of the Company with revised terms for a period of 2 years w.e.f. April 01, 2010. |
