| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/05/2017 16:05:24 | Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2017, inter alia, to consider Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2017, and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, subject to confirmation of same by the members of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for the prohibition of insider trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the above said purpose for all the Directors/ Designated employees of the Company from May 18, 2017 up to May 27, 2017.
Accordingly all the Directors / Designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of Trading Window. |
