Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Ashutosh Garg, Non-Executive and Independent Director on the Board of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Directorship due to his other professional commitments and as per Articles of Association of the Company, the Resignation will be considered in the above referred Board Meeting. |
