| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bharat Gears Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider and take on record Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors will also consider amendment in the Articles of Association of the Company for empowering the Company to buy back its own shares as per the provisions of Section 77A of the Companies Act, 1956 and also for authorizing the Board of Directors of the Company to buy back its own shares as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. |
