| Exchange Disseminated Time | IFCI Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on July 28, 2011 had approved the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011 (ESOP-2011) which was subsequently, approved by the shareholders in their Annual General Meeting held in 2011 to grant equity stock options to the employees under ESOP-2011 upto 3% of the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company in aggregate.
Subsequently, 11,99,904 number of equity shares which got vested were allotted to the IFCI Employee Stock Option Trust. They are being exercised by the employees of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors have decided that no further vesting shall be permitted and withdrew the scheme.
