| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2017 17:36:48 | Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 28, 2017, inter alia, to take on record, the unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 and to consider the declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any for the financial year 2017-2018.
As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from October 16, 2017 to October 31, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
