1. The audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2016;
2. The proposal for delisting of the shares of the company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd.
Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company is closed for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from May 20, 2016 till May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016. |
