Further, as per the provisions of the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from January 20, 2016 to February 02, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
