| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on June 27, 2014 granted 27,99,999 stock options to employees of the Company and its subsidiaries at an exercise price of Rs. 41.45 pet stock option which catty the right to apply for equal number of equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each. The options will vest fully on the second anniversary of the date of grant (i.e.on June 27, 2016) and the last date for exercise is June 26, 2018 (i.e., within four years from the date of grant). |
