- The Company has allotted 70,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the Company in the proportion 1:2 i.e. 1 (one) Equity Share as fully paid bonus share for every 2 (two) Equity Shares held by the shareholders as on September 30, 2014, being the Record Date fixed for the purpose. |
