1. Ordinary Resolution : Hiving-off the 'Bangalore Project Division' to its Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely Viceroy Bangalore Hotels Private Limited in terms of Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. Ordinary Resolution : Enhancing Borrowing Powers of the Board under Section 293(1) (d) of the Companies Act, 1956 up to a maximum limit of Rs. 1,200 Crores. |
