We wish to inform you that the Ind AS is applicable to our company from the accounting period beginning on or after 1st April, 2017. We are accordingly adopting Ind. AS from the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, the trading window in respect of the Company's Securities shall remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from 4th September, 2017 till 13th September, 2017 as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
