- To take into consideration the Un-Audited (Provisional) Financial Results including statement of Assets and Liability for the second Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 along with limited review report.
Pursuant to the Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Trading/dealing in the securities of the Company for the directors and other designated employees covered under the Code shall remain closed from October 20, 2015 and reopen after expiry of forty eight (48) hours from the result and other details becomes generally available/disclosed to the Stock Exchanges, for Directors and other designated employees. |
