| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/10/2016 19:42:24 | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 05, 2016 inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Bank's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees of the Bank from October 27, 2016 to November 07, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
