| Exchange Disseminated Time | Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2013,has converted remaining 12,40,92,219 (Twelve Crore Forty lacs Ninty Two Thousand Two Hundred Nineteen Only ) Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (OFCDs) of Rs. 3.47/- each into 12,40,92,219 (Twelve Crore Forty lacs Ninty Two Thousand Two Hundred Nineteen Only ) Equity Shares of Re.1/- each at a premium of Rs. 2.47 per share as per the terms of issue of OFCDs.
In view of aforesaid allotment of equity shares , the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company has now increased by 12,40,92,219 (Twelve Crore Forty lacs Ninty Two Thousand Two Hundred Nineteen Only ) equity shares and stands at 1,13,27,42,219 ( One Hundred Thirteen Crore Twenty Seven Lacs Forty Two thousand Two Hundred and Nineteen ) Equity Shares of the face value of Re.1/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,13,27,42,219/-. |
