| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Paper Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 18, 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 2.80/- per equity share for the financial year ending December 31, 2013, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. In terms of proviso to Clause 20 of the Listing Agreement the dividend if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting shall be paid / despatched on or before May 15, 2014. |
