Further, we would like to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 read with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, August 24, 2017 to Thursday,August 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
