| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/10/2015 15:28:41 | Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited(Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended September 30, 2015 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from October 21, 2015 upto a period of 48 hours after the date on which Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2015 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
