This has reference to our letter dated September 12, 2017.
In this connection, we wish to inform you that the Company has today, i.e., September 19, 2017, sold 4,31,75,140 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each of Tata Global Beverages Limited to Tata Sons Limited at price of Rs. 213.35 per share (excluding brokerage and STT).
The disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
