The Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014
The Company has posted a net loss of Rs. (1719.80) million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at net loss of Rs. (1222.60) million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 4590.30 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 3849.50 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2013.
The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2014
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 197.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 3291.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 27404.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 22908.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2013.

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and consolidated share in profit / (loss) of associate of Rs. 328.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 3512.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 29135.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 24970.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2013.
"The results under review are in respect of 300 MW Jaypee Baspa II H.E. Plant , 400 MW Jaypee Vishnuprayag H.E. Plant, 1000 MW Jaypee Karcham Wangtoo H.E. Plant and 500 MW Jaypee Bina Thermal Power Plant. The corresponding figures of the quarter/ year in the previous year are only for 300 MW Baspa II H.E. Plant, 400 MW Jaypee Vishnuprayag H.E. Plant, 1000 MW Jaypee Karcham Wangtoo H.E. Plant and 250 MW Jaypee Bina Thermal Power Plant and hence not comparable as the Unit I (250 MW) of Bina Thermal Power Plant was commissioned in August, 2012 and second Unit (250 MW) in April, 2013.". |
