2. Appointment of Mr. Naveen Kapoor as Alternate Director for Mr. Akshay Poddar.
3. Appointment of Mr. V. S. Venkataraman as Additional Director.
4. Appointment of Mr. N. Suresh Krishnan as Managing Director with effect from January 01, 2016.
5. Resignation of Mr. Deepak Anand from the office of Managing Director with effect from December 31, 2015.
