Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the order of Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, at Ahmedabad, the separate meetings of the Secured Creditors with first charge, Secured Creditors with second charge, & other Creditors will be held on March 22, 2005, and that of shareholders of the Company will be held on March 28, 2005, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s) the Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement under Section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956.
