1. Ms. Gunjan Gupta, Director of the Company has resigned w.e.f. May 30, 2015. The Board desired to appoint a woman Director at the earliest in place of Ms. Gunjan Gupta.
2. The Board has approved the Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price sensitive information by the Company. |
