Limited (SGIC), a step down subsidiary of the Company, to transfer the entire stake in S Mobility Pte. Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Consequent to this S Mobility Pte. Limited has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and become a step down subsidiary. You are requested to kindly take the aforesaid information on record. |
