| Exchange Disseminated Time | MSP Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that by an order made on April 11, 2012, the Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta has directed that separate meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company be held at Rotary Sadan, 94/2, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata-700 020, Preference Shareholders of the Company and Equity Shareholders of MSP Cement Limited be held at Room No. 19, 4, K.S. Roy Road, Kolkata - 700001 on May 17, 2012, at the respective times mentioned herein below for purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement and De-Merger embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement and De-Merger of Cement Division /Undertaking of the Company to MSP Cement Limited and their respective shareholders:-
1. Equity Shareholders of the Company at 11.30 A.M.
2. Preference Shareholders of the Company at 4.00 P.M.
3. Equity Shareholders of MSP Cement Ltd. at 4.15 P.M. |
