Further the Company has informed that, in terms of the provision of Articles 123(1) of the Articles of Association of the Company, the Central Government vide its Letter dated May 29, 2013 appointed Shri Sanjeev Kumar Jindal, Director, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, as Government Nominee Director of Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd. in place of Shri Amrik Singh. |
