| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on August 16, 2011, at Victoria Memorial School For Blind, Tardeo Road, Opp. Film Centre, Mumbai -400034. at 10.00 a.m., inter alia, to create, offer, issue for cash and allot, from time to time, in one or more tranches, equity shares to Allottees, on a preferential basis in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board in its absolute discretion; provided that the aggregate number of equity share of the Company so issued shall not exceed 4,80,000 (Four Lacs Eighty Thousand) fully paid up equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each and the price payable for each such shares shall be Rs. 146/- (including a premium of Rs. 136/-) per equity share aggregating to Rs. 7,00,80,000/- (Rs. Seven Crores Eighty Thousand only), which is higher than the price determined in accordance with the applicable SEBI ICDR Regulations. |
