1. Upon recommendation received from Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has appointed Mr. Kamlesh Limbachiya to act as Independent Director of the Company.
2. Mr. Vinayak Khadilkar has resigned from the office of Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. August 13, 2015.
3. In view of the changes in composition of independent directors, the relevant committees are reconstituted accordingly. |
