| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, has consented to appoint Cameo Corporate Services Limited having its registered office at Subramanian Building, No, 1, Club House Road, Anna Salami, Chennai - 600002 as the new RTA (Registrars and Share Transfer Agents) of the Company in place of Link Intime India Private Limited, Mumbai. The appointment shall be subject to completion of required formalities in this regard until which time the existing RTA of the Company i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited shall continue to provide share registry service to shareholders of the Company. |
