Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations:
(i) the Dividend, if approved, will be paid to those shareholders / beneficial owners whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Friday, September 22, 2017;
(ii) read with the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 23, 2017 to Friday, September 29, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend as may be declared at the ensuing 65th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') scheduled to be held on Friday, September 29, 2017.
2. Dividend Payment Date:
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the final dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share, if declared at the AGM of the Company on September 29, 2017, will be paid to the shareholders of the Company on or after October 5, 2017. |
