| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hydro S & S Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on January 23, 2016, to consider and take on record, inter-alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 the results shall be informed as soon as the Board approves the Same.
In view of the above, the trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and others from January 07, 2016 and shall remain closed upto January 25, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
