| Exchange Disseminated Time | AVT Natural Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have decided to start a subsidiary Company in U.K. The details of the Company are being worked out and the Company expect the unit to be operational latest by October 01, 2012.
The proposed Subsidiary will be the marketing arm of AVT Natural Products Ltd. for Decaffeinated Tea and lnstant Tea. These Value Added Beverages are extracted at Company's Cochin plant. While the Company have sufficient capacity in the
Decaffeinated Tea at Company's Cochin plant, new capital expenditure is under way to increase capacity of lnstant Tea manufacturing.
With this development, AVT Natural will further strengthen its position in the Global Value Added Beverages market. |
