Further, Code of Conduct of the Company for prohibition of insider trading, the 'Trading Window’ for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders, shall remain closed from date of notice till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 i.e. close of working hours of August 16, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
