| Exchange Disseminated Time | Infomedia 18 Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 11, 2009, approved the following:
1. Rights Issue of equity shares aggregating to Rs 100 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Crores only). The pricing, ratio, timings and other terms of the Rights Issue shall be decided by the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors, in consultation with the lead managers to the Rights Issue.
2. Increase in authorised capital of the Company from Rs 60 Crores (Rupees Sixty Crore only) to Rs 100 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Crore only), Subject to necessary approval of shareholders. |
